Shemshak is one of the two main ski resorts in the Alborz Mountains
just an hour and a half's drive north of Tehran.
Smaller than Dizin it appeals to the expert
skier as it offers far fewer runs, but more
off-piste skiing. There
is no accommodation here so you must stay in Dizin which is only a 15 minute drive away.
