In addition to the form below, in order for us to process your visa application, we require a copy of the main page of your passport (page with the photograph). We would prefer a scanned copy of this page, which you can then email as an attachment to info@magiccarpettravel.co.uk. However, if this is not possible, please post a copy to our address below. Faxed copies are not acceptable, as they are often unclear and poor in print quality.
